Service Area Information
Our office and factory are located in Marysville, Washington. We manufacture and install Automated Gates all across Western Washington State.
- Residential Service Area – from Whatcom, Skagit, Island, Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties in Western Washington with exceptions for larger projects in Eastern Washington.
- Commercial, Government and Industrial Service Area – all of Washington State and beyond.
Service Appointment Fees
By filling out the Service Appointment Form for a service or repair, you are agreeing to the following fees, as applicalbe:
For all Non-Emergency Services, including Troubleshooting & Repair, Regular Scheduled Maintenance and Safety inspections, fees are as follows:
$125 per hour for one technician
$250 per hour for two technicians and one truck
$375 per hour if two or more technicians and two trucks are required
*$300 minimum for one technician and 2 hours round trip (to job location and back to shop)
For After-Hours and/or Emergency Service or Repair, fees are as follows:
$250 per hour for one technician
$500 per hour for two technicians and one truck
*$500 minimum for one technician and 2 hours round trip (to job location and back to shop)
